REX Medical Care now provided Tele-Medicine services to its already established patients.

Now you can access your provider from anywhere in the world via multiple devices.

See below for step-by-step instructions.

HealthCare Anywhere...

1. Schedule Consultation

Please call or email us to schedule your virtual consultation.

You are able to use any smart phone or any other compatible device for the Tele-Visit.

You will be asked for your preference of either telephone or video consultation.

3. Virtual Consultation

Your doctor will conduct a one-on-one consultation with you to discuss your health concerns and management plan. You will be provided with further instructions and any follow ups.

2. Pre-Visit

One of our medical assistant will call you at your scheduled appointment time and update your chart and ask any relevant pre-visit questions

4. Billing

These visits will be billed to your insurance as usual and co-pays will apply.
